Pamper yourself with a half-day earth spa experience in the beautiful foothills forest of Black Feather Ranch, in Evergreen, CO. In a small group of women, you will:
Mindfully walk the land to experience the sights, sounds and smells of Mother Earth as a natural spa and a place of restorative healing
Take time for self-reflection and journaling
Connect and share with others in a safe and welcoming space
Build a beautiful nature mandala together
Experience yourself as Wise, Wild & Free as you practice Qoya mindful movement outdoors under a canopy of trees
Be pampered by the Earth and each other through “spa treatments”
Enjoy a nourishing lunch and conversation
Schedule:
8:00 – 8:30 a.m. Arrival and check-in (tea and fruit served)
8:30 – 10:30 a.m. Guided hike and creation of nature mandala
10:30 a.m. – Noon Qoya (qoya.love) class around our nature mandala
12:00 – 1:30 p.m. Vegetarian Lunch, pampering and reflection
Wear and Bring:
Clothing you can move freely in and good walking shoes
Water Bottle
Snacks (if needed)
Journal/pen
Small bag for collecting nature mandala items
Small towel

Only 12 participants can be accommodated. Please carpool if at all possible.
TICKETS MUST BE PURCHASED BY SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 1.
Black Feather Ranch is at approximately 7,000 feet in elevation.
We are walking in nature. Nature is wild. Occasionally we encounter wild animals. We sometimes encounter dead ones.
